About the role

  • Build expertise in the OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related technologies (Voice, SMS, NLU, low-code/no-code).
  • Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring visibility, accountability, and clear progress reporting across stakeholders.
  • Ensure all technical and business requirements are properly gathered, validated, and communicated to implementation teams.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating design sessions, progress reviews, and key decision meetings.
  • Represent OneReach.ai in customer and partner meetings, including occasional on-site visits within the U.S. and Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a software or automation environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with relationship management.
  • Skilled at creating structured documentation (program charters, status reports, risk logs, delivery dashboards).
  • Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles, integrations, and automation architectures.
  • Skilled in translating operational or customer requirements into structured technical plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to translate complex technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced or native-level English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for client workshops or on-site engagements.
