About the role

  • Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, primarily focused on US sales and commercial roles to accelerate our growth.
  • Ensure candidates align strongly with our core values: Be Bold, We Care, We Are One.
  • Dive deep into the sleep medicine ecosystem. Build relationships, attend events, and create visibility for Onera in the market.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to translate business strategy into effective hiring plans.
  • Support hiring across Operations, IT, Service Delivery, R&D, with a strong emphasis on Sales and commercial growth in the US.
  • Proactively build strong talent pipelines to support continuous scaling.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field.
  • Strong experience hiring commercial and sales profiles, ideally within the US market.
  • Experience recruiting across different functions (Sales, IT, Operations).
  • Willing to work hybrid from our NL office.
  • High ownership mentality, you take full responsibility for your domain.
  • Commercially sharp and able to understand growth dynamics.
  • Strong networking skills and comfortable representing Onera at events and conferences.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Strategic thinker who is hands-on and execution driven.
