About the role
- Lead the visual direction of brand campaigns and storytelling, translating creative concepts into compelling, elevated imagery across all channels.
- Build an aspirational and globally resonant aesthetic that bridges fashion, fitness, and culture, pushing Oner into the creative spaces it deserves to be seen in.
- Own the look and feel of Oner’s brand moments, from high-impact campaigns to always-on content, ensuring they feel curated and intentional.
- Collaborate to evolve our visual identity, setting the benchmark for how strength, femininity, and individuality are expressed.
- Bring a sharp, fashion-forward eye to casting, styling, set design and art direction, ensuring every element of our shoots feels modern, inclusive, and culturally attuned.
- Identify and integrate cultural references, subcultures, and visual trends that keep Oner at the forefront of creative innovation in the activewear space.
- Curate creative collaborators, from photographers and stylists to set designers, who elevate the work and reflect our community and ambition.
- Lead pre-production and shoot execution with clarity, confidence and creative authority, turning vision into high-performance visual content.
- Guide everything from lighting, mood and framing to tone and texture, always with a strong point of view.
- Review and refine all assets to ensure they meet both creative and strategic goals, while staying true to Oner’s visual codes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Creative, Growth, Partnerships) to ensure every visual touchpoint, from ads to activations, feels cohesive, elevated and unmistakably Oner.
- Help shape and refine our visual brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistency and creative integrity across channels and markets.
- Champion creative excellence, inspiring both internal teams and external partners to push boundaries and deliver industry leading work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in senior creative roles, ideally within fashion, activewear, or culturally led brands with a premium or design-driven edge.
- Proven track record in concepting and executing global brand campaigns, from big idea to final delivery, with a clear point of view and visual distinction.
- Deep expertise in visual storytelling and art direction across campaign, content, and social, with a portfolio that blends aesthetic innovation with cultural relevance.
- Hands on creative leadership across photography and video. From building out mood boards and shot lists to shaping lighting, framing, styling, hair and makeup on set.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, emotionally resonant creative briefs and campaign narratives.
- Confident in defining and evolving brand identity systems, from visual standards to brand bibles, and applying them across all consumer touchpoints.
- A sharp and instinctive eye for casting, styling, and design, bringing fashion level taste to the activewear space.
- Culturally attuned, fluent in emerging trends across fashion, art, sport, digital culture and beyond.
- Familiarity and curiosity with creative technologies, including AI-powered tools for ideation, mood boarding or asset development.
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple timelines, with the ability to bring clarity, structure and inspiration to cross-functional teams.
