About the role

  • Direct and lead projects and reporting to contribute to our growth and profitability
  • Ensure company compliance and adherence to regulation, policy, and procedure
  • Gather, analyze, and organize large quantities of data
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Provide monthly reports to monitor ongoing operations and identify changing trends
  • Validate and test the processes used to identify and measure risks and compliance gaps
  • Analyze results of testing and present management with recommendations
  • Create and maintain reporting platforms to consistently communicate business performance
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test vs control strategies
  • Maintain awareness of company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws.
  • Foster a high energy, high performing team culture with exemplary customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience in business analytics
  • 2+ years’ experience in analysis in automotive or financial sales environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in analytics or related field (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of OM programs and systems) to analyze data and provide reporting including SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Data Modeling.
