• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate.
• Regularly lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of the OneLocal suite, analyze ROI, and align our solutions with their evolving business goals.
• Work within a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless handoffs and expert execution.
• Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical hurdles early, ensuring every client reaches their desired outcome.
• Go above and beyond to ensure clients are fully leveraging the OneLocal platform, turning local business owners into long-term brand advocates.
