About the role

  • Provide executive-level support to senior marketing and sales leaders, including schedule management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing and sales programs by coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making within the marketing and sales teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external communication.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including maintaining project plans and records of meetings and decisions made.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and client meetings, ensuring smooth execution from planning to follow-up.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency within the marketing and sales teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements in workflows and practices to optimize operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage timelines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize information into actionable insights and reports.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills; experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating events or marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of data analytics in a marketing context.
