About the role
- Supports Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business
- Serves in an advisory capacity for clients, addressing day-to-day service needs
- Coordinates and reviews the accuracy of client-facing materials
- Collaborates with Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to manage the annual renewal process
- Reviews insurance contracts, SBC’s, and benefit summaries for alignment with sold plans
- Supports compliance deliverables and client acquisitions
- Oversees the post-enrollment audit process and aids in carrier implementation
- Partners with benefits technology teams for accurate data setup
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm
- Current Life and Health license
- Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience with benefit administration systems (preferred)
