About the role
- Supports sales and client management staff by assisting with group enrollment and renewal processes.
- Manages compliance-related tasks such as reporting and documentation.
- Utilizes CANVA to create benefit guides and enrollment materials.
- Conducts billing audits and processes enrollments and terminations.
- Assists with communications and follow-up on service issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required.
- Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred.
- Proven track record in customer service, preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Familiarity with database applications, a plus.
