• Self-source asphalt and concrete paving businesses, build pipeline and run full cycle inside sales motions of the OneCrew platform.
• Identify, target, and win new logos, focusing on organizations spanning from $1M - $100M in revenue. Prospect, cold outreach and demo key stakeholders in an end-to-end cycle from initial outreach and value proposition through negotiation and closing.
• Build trusted relationships at the C-suite and VP level, as well as with leaders across the organization.
• Articulate the business value of our all-in-one business platform in terms of actionable business visibility, agility, operational efficiency, and CX improvements.
• Consistently meet and exceed your sales quotas and KPIs.
