Software Engineer – Fullstack

• Partner directly with leadership to identify, launch, and scale the strategic initiatives that will define OneCrew's next chapter.
• You'll own the full lifecycle of high-impact projects that create new sources of value for OneCrew: Identify opportunities, design business models, validate with customers, and launch new offerings that expand our revenue base
• Whether it's a new product line, service offering, or go-to-market motion, you'll be responsible for proving product-market fit and driving early traction
• Get hands-on with everything from customer discovery to pricing strategy to sales execution—this isn't a "strategy only" role
• Once you've proven a concept, build the systems, processes, and teams needed to scale it sustainably
• Own financial analysis and reporting: Build the models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that give leadership and investors confidence in every major decision
• Identify bottlenecks, refresh inefficient processes, and implement solutions that unlock team productivity and company growth
• You'll have direct access to leadership, visibility into every part of the business, and the autonomy to drive real impact from day one.

Account Executive

• Hunt for and Drive New Business: Identify, target, and win new logos, focusing on organizations spanning from $1M - $100M in revenue. Prospect, cold outreach and demo key stakeholders in an end-to-end cycle from initial outreach and value proposition through negotiation and closing.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships at the C-suite and VP level, as well as with leaders across the organization. Challenge the status quo of customers’ current operational infrastructure and inspire a vision for how OneCrew’s platform can drive better business outcomes.
• Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Become an expert in OneCrew’s platform, and articulate the business value of our all-in-one business platform in terms of actionable business visibility, agility, operational efficiency, and CX improvements.
• Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed your sales quotas and KPIs. Take full ownership of your territory and accounts, leveraging OneCrew’s high-performance sales culture and resources to deliver results and grow our presence.
