About the role
- Maximize profitability by servicing and retaining the in-force book of business
- Lead activities aimed at deepening relationships with customers and brokers
- Enhance relationships with sales reps, underwriting and brokers
- Serve as the primary point person after business implementation for brokers and policyholders
- Actively participate in renewal delivery, plan design changes, re-enrollments
- Operational maintenance of inforce accounts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of service related or sales experience in Employee Benefits
- Associate or bachelor's degree recommended, high school diploma required
- Position requires life and Health license
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and interest in learning
- Detail oriented
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
