About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client service needs
- Support service delivery, placement, and business development efforts
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for seamless account management
- Drive smooth and successful renewals by partnering with Account Executives
- Draft loss exhibits and obtain loss runs directly from carriers
- Coordinate accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance
- Maintain precise, up-to-date records in the system of record
- Uphold service excellence through quality control of documentation
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance
- Ability to follow processes and procedural guidance
- Effective time management and task prioritization to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required.
