About the role

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with mid-to-large construction, manufacturing and distribution firms
  • Educate clients on the benefits and mechanics of a variety of alternative risk transfer products
  • Coordinate risk assessments and collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to evaluate captive feasibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CEO’s, CFOs, Risk Managers, Controllers)
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver customized proposals, presentations, and financial models
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging captive structures
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales
  • Experience on captive insurance or alternative risk transfer products preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction and manufacturing industry risks and insurance needs
  • Proven track record of consultative selling to mid-market and large enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
  • CPCU, ARM, or ACI designations a plus
