About the role

  • Tapping into your existing network to close new business
  • Lead the Development of the Gateway product and pipeline
  • Devising strategies and conducting research/outbound prospecting to identify new/potential sources of leads within our existing key verticals and/or new verticals
  • Utilising existing databases and sources (e.g. website leads & outbound marketing activities) to qualify and canvass leads
  • Attending events globally as the face of ONE – winning new business whilst promoting and preserving ONE’s stellar reputation within the industry
  • Meeting and engaging with leads to build a detailed understanding of prospects’ requirements as well as how ONE can best support them
  • Following up with leads to drive the submission of high-quality account applications, whilst working with the onboarding team to drive account applications through to completion of onboarding and handover to customer success
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of best-practice sales processes for the group
  • Developing a second-to-none understanding of the industries we operate in, and what our clients are looking for, to best inform our Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales, with outperformance in sourcing new business, converting leads to high-quality accounts, and achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent knowledge of Crypto gateways, the clients and their applications
  • Strong understanding and interest in financial services (payments/banking) and/or cryptocurrency, along with experience in one of our key customer verticals
  • Experience within a FinTech, start-up, or high-growth environment is a plus
  • Understanding of best practices when it comes to building and managing a sales pipeline.
