About the role

  • Own and Grow Your Share of SEA
  • Co-develop and execute a regional territory strategy across key SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond)
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline across direct and partner-led opportunities
  • Sell Business Outcomes — Not Just Software
  • Engage C-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, Head of Security, Procurement) with confidence and credibility
  • Lead complex sales cycles using structured qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC)
  • Work closely with regional SI’s and channel partners to develop joint account plans
  • Navigate enterprise sales cycles exceeding USD $250K+
  • Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise software sales experience (cybersecurity, IAM, cloud or adjacent markets preferred)
  • Proven track record closing complex six-figure+ deals
  • Strong experience working with and through channel partners
  • Executive presence and confidence selling to senior decision-makers
  • Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
