• Lead and grow a world-class growth and marketing team, while setting strategy and driving execution end to end
• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and level up a small but exceptionally talented marketing team — acting as both coach and hands-on contributor
• Growth ownership: Drive full funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue — through organic and paid channels
• GTM strategy: Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns
• Narrative & positioning: Craft a narrative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users
• Data & KPIs: Define, own, and communicate growth and marketing KPIs
• Product collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering on in-app growth loops
