• The Category Manager will lead category strategy and insights for Once Upon a Farm across the baby category, supporting our rapidly growing retail channels.
• Key responsibilities include developing compelling, data-driven selling materials for category reviews and customer engagements, regularly presenting insights internally and externally (including travel to customer meetings), and serving as the subject matter expert on the baby category retail landscape.
• This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, financial acumen, and advanced analytical capabilities.
• The Category Manager will play a critical role in driving category leadership, optimizing omnichannel distribution strategies, and delivering share growth and margin expansion across the business.
