• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing, end-to-end planning organization across Demand, Supply, and Materials Planning, setting clear expectations, cultivating accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Commercialization to anticipate constraints, mitigate supply risks, and ensure production plans are fully aligned with demand priorities, innovation timelines, and network capabilities.
• Communicate supply risks, trade-offs, and service implications clearly and proactively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance responsiveness, reduce lead times, and improve throughput across the supply network.
• Collaborate with external network partners, including co-mans, logistics providers, and suppliers, to support reliability improvements, capacity expansion, and long-range network planning.
• Oversee material contracts and coverage, ensuring adequate supply levels and strong alignment with Procurement on new contracts, and supplier performance.
• Manage VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) suppliers, ensuring replenishment of reliability, inventory accuracy, and adherence to service and quality standards.
• Establish scalable processes that provide end-to-end visibility across raw materials, packaging, components, and all supplier-managed inventory programs.
• Lead material risk management by proactively identifying shortages, supplier constraints, lead-time shifts, and cost exposures, while developing mitigation plans and communication protocols.
• Partner closely with Procurement and R&D to support commercialization timelines, supplier readiness, and material availability for new product launches and innovation projects.
• Ensure material availability and readiness to support ongoing production plans and service-level commitments across the network.
• Own safety stock strategy, inventory optimization, and slow-moving/obsolescence management in a cost-conscious environment.

Director of Planning

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analyses to provide visibility into business performance and key drivers.
• Liaise with Accounting and cross-functional business partners to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Support cost center reporting, and collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting and forecasting for General & Administrative expenses. Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities to help achieve strategic and financial goals, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) spending and provide accurate & timely reporting to department leads.
• Maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts, sharpening assumptions to drive forecast accuracy and build confidence in operating plans.
• Support annual and quarterly reforecast processes to deliver against our financial and strategic objectives.

Finance Intern

• Own channel and customer-level profitability and partner with Sales to deliver revenue and margin targets
• Build, maintain and improve customer P&Ls and performance scorecards. Build dashboards and reporting for trade, customer margin, price volume mix, and forecast accuracy
• Lead monthly business reviews with Sales and Finance, highlighting performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
• Provide Commercial Finance leadership on annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plans, including development and tracking of key financial KPIs (e.g. customer and product category growth, trade efficiency targets)

Manager

• Own and lead the end-to-end commercialization process for all projects (innovation, renovation, display, PPA & packaging graphic updates).

• Lead cross-functional forums and working sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.

Brand Commercialization Manager – Innovation

Paralegal

• Partner with our Chief Legal Officer to manage budgets and optimize outside counsel spend
• Implement and maintain legal technology solutions that support our growing business, including leading the design and implementation of our first enterprise CLM system
• Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to track legal department performance
• Coordinate vendor relationships and billing processes across multiple law firms
• Support strategic planning initiatives and resource allocation decisions
• Design contract templates, approval workflows, and automated renewal processes
• Create contract risk assessment frameworks and approval matrices

• Produce and finalize print-ready packaging artwork (flexible packaging, cartons, boxes, films, pouches, etc.) from concept to press-ready files.
• Translate designs into dieline-accurate layouts; apply correct bleeds, trim, folds, and Pantone/CMYK conversions.
• Manage multiple SKU templates and update artwork for seasonal changes, copy edits, barcodes, nutrition facts, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Preflight files and run PDF proofs; check/verify image resolution, color profiles, trap/overprint settings, knockouts, and font embedding/outline.
• Create and maintain packaging templates and asset libraries.
• Work with the larger graphic design and cross-functional packaging team to optimize processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with printers to resolve production issues, recommend design adjustments for manufacturability, and approve press proofs.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, packaging specifications, and regulatory labeling standards (FDA, etc.).

Packaging Production Designer
