Procurement

• Lead, develop, and scale the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations teams, building functional maturity in strategic negotiation, supplier management, cost modeling, risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Build organizational capability by clarifying roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and cross-functional ways of working. Develop team talent through coaching, performance management and change management.
• Work with leadership to establish clear KPIs and accountability mechanisms to drive performance. Support with executive communications on supply risk and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with cross functional leaders in QA, Trade, Ops, Innovation, and Sustainability to align sourcing and procurement priorities with company growth, margin, operational and risk management objectives.
• Work with supervisor to develop strategic plan for the department as the company scales to ensure consistent priorities between procurement and sourcing.
• Own the sourcing and procurement performance agenda, including cost savings & avoidance, inflation mitigation, supplier leverage, working capital improvement, risk reduction, supply assurance, and supplier-enabled innovation.
• Partner with FP&A on margin forecasting, inflation assumptions, commodity outlooks, annual operation plan, EBITDA optimization, and working capital targets.
• Develop and execute category and multi-year strategies aligned to growth, margin targets, EBITDA optimization, sustainability goals, innovation priorities, and supply continuity objectives.
• Build differentiated sourcing models that create competitive advantage, including direct sourcing, grower relationships, regional sourcing networks, strategic partnerships, exclusive supply arrangements, and more.
• Evaluate upstream and long term supply opportunities, including grower-direct models, dedicated acreage, tolling arrangements, co-investment opportunities and make-versus-buy decisions that improve control, transparency, cost, quality and assurance.
• Diversify the supply base to reduce climate, geographic, and crop risk exposure.
• Maintain visibility and accountability for addressable spend across assigned direct, indirect, and operational categories, prioritizing sourcing strategies based on business impact, risk, margin opportunity, sustainability impact, and long-term strategic importance.
• Partner with Sustainability to advance transparency, organic resiliency, responsible sourcing, social and environmental improvements, while protecting continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, quality, and operational flexibility.
• Review and approve major supplier agreements and strategic contracts.
• Ensure disciplined negotiation processes and commercial rigor across categories.
• Oversee supplier segmentation, performance management and scorecards and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability and continuity of supply.
• Develop and continuously improve scalable procurement processes and governance frameworks. Including: policies, workflows, effective MRP utilization, demand and supply alignment, PO accuracy, spend control, and compliance with negotiated agreements.
• Oversee purchasing teams managing the full PO lifecycle execution, purchasing controls, issue resolution, service-level performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between procurement, demand planning, and S&OP.
• Track and manage key performance indicators including cost savings, cost avoidance, OTIF, inventory turns, quality performance, and supplier compliance.
• Monitor inventory health, shelf-life exposure, excess and obsolete risks to mitigate waste in the supply chain.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to proactively manage supplier performance and corrective actions.
• Develop sourcing & procurement plans integrated with demand planning, supply planning, innovation timelines, commercialization needs, and annual operation plan assumptions, ensuring strategies support business needs and growth.
• Lead long-range planning for critical materials and suppliers, including capacity planning, supply availability, crop outlooks, supplier readiness, and risk mitigation needs.

Director of Strategic Sourcing – Procurement

Social Media Manager

• Own our TikTok channel as the driver of primarily Gen-Z audience growth, with a secondary focus on Millennial parents, health enthusiasts, and athletes, to help Once Upon a Farm find niche markets to expand reach, brand awareness, and TikTok Shop revenue
• Develop and execute a platform-native content strategy built around Once Upon a Farm’s product lineup, brand mission, and cultural relevance to young parents and Gen-Z consumers
• Build and manage Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok Shop presence along with the E-Commerce team, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase through shoppable content, live formats, and product integrations
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator culture to ensure our brand is consistently early, authentic, and on-platform
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media on cross-platform content strategy, ensuring TikTok content complements and amplifies Once Upon a Farm’s Instagram and YouTube presence
• Work proactively within your budget to find and develop agencies and influencers who can create additional TikTok Content for the brand.
• Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish much of Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok content—you are the creator, not just the director
• Develop recurring formats and series that build audience loyalty and drive saves, shares, and follows
• Create content spanning product storytelling, childhood nutrition education, brand values, and culturally relevant moments—all tailored for a TikTok-first audience
• Capture real-time content at brand events, activations, and shoots with prepared concepts and shot lists, and direct on-site photographers and videographers to do the same with your art direction.
• Brief and collaborate with the Partnerships & Influencer team to activate creators who extend OFarm’s TikTok reach and authenticity.
• Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.
• Work directly with our founders to produce content, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
• Work with Once Upon a Farm Brand team to proactively identify relevant brand moments in a timely manner, allowing you time to capture, execute and edit the content with founders ahead of launch.
• Translate founders’ authentic personality, passions, and voice into platform-native content that resonates with their audiences, while reinforcing their roles as our founders.
• Concept, produce, and edit content for Once Upon a Farm specific founder appearances—including product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling moments—that works in concert with their personal channel’s content
• Develop repeatable formats for founders that are engaging, sustainable, and distinctly theirs
• Coordinate shoot logistics, prep shot lists and talking points, and ensure content is captured efficiently during Jen’s available windows

People Business Partner – Commercial and Operations

• Demonstrate a proactive, organized approach to sales development, managing certain day-to-day operations while assisting in providing strategic direction for the Mass channel. Candidates should have a strong CPG sales background, established retailer relationships, and expertise in data-driven selling, analytics, and go-to-market execution. Key focus areas include cross-functional leadership (particularly with Brand/Shopper Marketing, Business Development and Operations), data analysis and reporting, new product launches, in-store execution, and driving meaningful distribution gains. All business activities must be done in a way that underscores the social mission of Once Upon a Farm.
• Exceed dry Kid Snacking channel gross and net sales targets through disciplined execution of strategic priorities.
• Support the Sr. Director of Sales and National Account Managers in achieving annual gross and net sales, distribution, and market share targets across relevant categories.
• Assist with sell-in efforts for new product launches, line extensions, and promotional initiatives.
• Identify incremental distribution, merchandising, and expansion opportunities across core and new platforms.
