QA Engineer

• Develop and execute the company’s quality assurance and food safety strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QMS team
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all food safety, quality, and compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, HACCP, GFSI, Kosher, Organic, and other applicable regulatory and certification standards
• Oversee the acceptability of Food Safety and Compliance programs, including HACCP plans, allergen controls, and sanitation programs at suppliers and manufacturing sites
• Partner with regulatory agencies and certification bodies during audits
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust QMS documentation system, ensuring consistent adherence to standards
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage documentation, change control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and training programs
• Approval of all manufacturing plants and raw material suppliers
• Lead investigations into quality or safety incidents, ensuring timely root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Implement best-in-class practices for raw material quality, in-process controls, finished product testing, and traceability
• Champion a consumer-first mindset, ensuring products meet the highest safety, quality, and integrity standards
• Quality Reporting, investigation, and monitoring corrective actions to quality measures at plants and consumer complaints
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement teams to integrate quality and safety into all processes
• Provide guidance on new product development from a food safety and regulatory compliance perspective
• Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers to strengthen quality and food safety throughout the supply chain

Director of Quality Assurance – Quality Systems Management

Engineer

• Partner cross-functionally from concept to launch, translating brand vision into manufacturable, consumer-ready packaging
• Design and optimize packaging for efficiency in manufacturing and co-packing (line compatibility, automation readiness, waste reduction)
• Ensure packaging preserves product quality while achieving sustainability goals (recyclability, source reduction, lifecycle analysis, certifications, regulatory reporting)
• Establish and enforce packaging quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Conduct and validate packaging tests (lab, transit/drop, line trials) to ensure robust supply chain performance
• Manage and qualify suppliers and converters with Procurement, including trials and capability assessments
• Troubleshoot packaging and material issues with suppliers, operations, and co-manufacturers
• Lead optimization initiatives such as spec updates, material transitions, and cost-reduction projects
• Maintain accurate packaging specifications and technical documentation in asset management systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technologies to guide packaging innovation
• Support compliance and reporting related to packaging regulations, sustainability requirements, and customer standards

Packaging Engineer

Manager

• Develop a program for tracking and mitigating risk around human rights & labor, while driving business value
• Refine and implement a policy for Code of Conduct adherence
• Assess and engage suppliers and co-manufacturers for labor practices; managing audits, certifications, and data collection
• Provide guidance around innovation and ingredient standards, identifying hotspot areas and guardrails as it relates to labor and sourcing risks
• Build deeper ingredient transparency across our portfolio with key insights to de-risk, provide value, and inform strategy
• Support mid & long-term supply chain initiatives around direct sourcing
• Support with ESG/retailer/Sustainability reporting on related topics by providing data, copy, and responding to questionnaires
• Track policies, regulations, trends relating to labor, human rights, organic and resilient supply chains
• Educate teams on key topics and issue areas to build fluency and contextual understanding
• Support engagement in public policy and strategic NGO partnerships to advance O’Farm’s mission and impact goals

Social Impact Strategy and Standards Manager

Influencer Marketing

• Assist in planning and the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach through campaign completion and reporting
• Proactively source, outreach, and engage with new and existing influencers for all types of marketing programs; i.e., product gifting, new product launches, evergreen product seeding, and seasonal marketing initiatives
• Communicate and foster relationships with the existing network of influencers and influencer managers
• Track, analyze, and provide strategic reporting on influencer campaigns to ensure we’re tracking to department KPIs
• Pitch new, creative ideas and ways of thinking to evolve existing influencer programs
• Support and attend various influencer events, brand partnership executions, and internal company events
• Work cross-functionally with our digital media teams to assist in sourcing and contracting UGC and whitelisting content
• Participate in seasonal brainstorming and planning sessions to integrate influencer activations into overarching marketing initiatives
• Proactively stay up to date on relevant social media platforms and trends
• Monitor relevant influencer and competitor activity
