About the role

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships within target industries including commercial, non-profit, and higher education sectors.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in staffing or recruiting sales (must have experience selling staffing services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hunter mentality, results-driven, and highly motivated by targets and commissions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
