About the role

  • Administer My Success Factors (MySF) Compensation/Salary review module
  • Execute ongoing and cyclical process tasks across MySF modules
  • Act as Global First Level Support for the Compensation module
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with compensation policies while collaborating with Payroll Administration
  • Manage a high volume of user requests efficiently
  • Support My Success Factors team in implementation, integration, configuration, testing, and ongoing improvement
  • Maintain and update compensation-related systems
  • Respond to compensation inquiries from managers and employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Economics
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of My Success Factors Compensation Module and related HR processes
  • Experience in administering and maintaining Success Factors Modules (Compensation, Succession, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive HR data
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Very strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German) are a plus
