About the role
- Research and analyze finance discipline issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Prepare financial information for tax returns.
- Conduct investigations and prepare declarations.
- Identify risks in area of expertise and propose solutions.
- Coordinate internal activities for maintaining Accounting procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of general ledger activities.
- Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Discuss finance topics with internal stakeholders and propose solutions.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management.
- Contribute expertise into relevant projects as needed.
Requirements
- Master Diploma: Finance.
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of oil & gas business requirements.
- Knowledge of general ledger and cost accounting specifics.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic project management skills.
- Very good knowledge of SAP transactions and principles in department level.
- Proactive in identifying and improving processes and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of legislation/norms in multiple areas.
- Very good Finance & Accounting knowledge in oil & gas industry.
- Advanced level of English and German language skills.
