About the role

  • Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in sales planning and process by collating data.
  • Handle and follow up export documents for customs clearance.
  • Keep the customer file updated.
  • Handle complaints and customer requests, providing solutions and information.
  • Ensure registration and customer communication according to standards.
  • Process and maintain complex customer data, including contracts.
  • Track various customer requests and contracts fulfillments.
  • Place, cancel or adjust orders and pro-actively follow-up order income.
  • Handle high volume requests via email, phone, portal, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration or similar.
  • 2-3 years relevant professional experience after Bachelor.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Track record of over-achieving objectives.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different character types.
  • MS Office + SAP or other IT relevant systems (advantage).
  • Advanced in English; Spanish, French, Italian or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
