About the role
- Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs.
- Assist in sales planning and process by collating data.
- Handle and follow up export documents for customs clearance.
- Keep the customer file updated.
- Handle complaints and customer requests, providing solutions and information.
- Ensure registration and customer communication according to standards.
- Process and maintain complex customer data, including contracts.
- Track various customer requests and contracts fulfillments.
- Place, cancel or adjust orders and pro-actively follow-up order income.
- Handle high volume requests via email, phone, portal, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration or similar.
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience after Bachelor.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Track record of over-achieving objectives.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different character types.
- MS Office + SAP or other IT relevant systems (advantage).
- Advanced in English; Spanish, French, Italian or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
