• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles (technical, commercial, and consulting)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern tools and platforms
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and manage candidate communication with care and clarity
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting content, events, and campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
• Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sales

• Own and exceed revenue targets for Omtera’s martech and analytics portfolio across assigned territories
• Identify, engage, and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation services
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing
• Lead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions
• Collaborate closely with the partnerships, technical consulting, and marketing teams
• Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and marketing/data/IT decision-makers
• Report sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadership
• Represent Omtera in regional events, workshops, and partner co-selling initiatives

Sales Manager

Account Executive

• The Sales Executive will own all commercial activities for Asana and Miro, from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach, partner collaboration, and targeted prospecting.
• Conduct discovery sessions, product positioning calls, and solution-based conversations with prospects.
• Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and commercial offers aligned with partner requirements.
• Work closely with consulting teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover to delivery.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and report on progress regularly.
• Build strong relationships with partner sales teams and participate in joint activities when needed.
• Represent Omtera in customer meetings, events, and virtual workshops.
