About the role

  • You identify relevant accounts, conduct discovery calls, orchestrate complex sales cycles, and bring deals across the finish line.
  • You understand buying centers, stakeholder dynamics, and the business pain points related to knowledge, enablement, and productivity.
  • You manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through demo, business case, proof of value, to negotiations and close.
  • You use and develop structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC / SPICED / Challenger), document thoroughly in the CRM, and make deals plannable and scalable.
  • You systematically provide market feedback, help sharpen the ICP and messaging, and contribute to the continued development of our go-to-market strategy.
  • You are a trusted sparring partner for your accounts, position Omnora as a strategic solution, and think proactively about expansion and upsell.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Experience selling B2B software/SaaS, ideally with an enterprise focus or more complex decision-making processes.
  • Sales Framework & Methodology: You already work with a structured sales approach (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar) or are highly motivated to develop this systematically.
  • Strong Communication & Deal Skills: You can explain complex topics simply, confidently guide conversations with multiple stakeholders, and feel comfortable in C-level or functional-leader discussions.
  • High Energy & Efficiency: You work with focus, prioritize clearly, and can remain structured even during high-velocity periods.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English (at least business/negotiation fluent) in spoken and written form.
