About the role

  • Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning: Translate company goals into concrete headcount plans, priorities and roadmaps (Quarterly Hiring Plan, capacities, budget framework).
  • Sourcing Excellence: Activate multi-channel, proactive pipelines (outbound, referrals, communities, events) while also leveraging reactive channels (inbound) to optimally cover the entire talent landscape.
  • Structured Selection: Design competency profiles, scorecards and interview loops; make excellent hiring decisions aligned with the target profiles and manage the entire interview process.
  • Data & Enablement: Define KPIs, build dashboards and derive process upgrades from the data.
  • Employer Branding: Sharpen our value proposition for each target group and publish strong, authentic content in the right channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure fast, transparent processes with clear SLAs.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable recruiting structures — from clear processes and automated workflows to consistent standards that work.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a sparring partner on equal footing with leadership, prioritize roles, make trade-offs and keep commitments.

Requirements

  • Strategic TA Mindset: You think backward from business goals, prioritize impact, and can explain your strategy at the C-level.
  • Hands-on Sourcing Pro: Deep experience in active sourcing, talent mapping and outreach, including personalization & sequencing.
  • Assessment Competence: Confident in designing scorecards, structured interviews and case/work-sample assessments.
  • Data Literacy: Experienced with ATS (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, etc.), reporting and KPI reviews; you steer decisions with numbers.
  • Enablement: You coach hiring managers, raise interview quality and embed new standards sustainably.
  • Communication & Brand: Strong, audience-appropriate communication (German & English) and a good sense for messages that convert.
  • Ownership & Pace: You work with focus, meet SLAs and drive initiatives from 0→1→scalable.
  • Nice to have: Experience in fast-growing SaaS/startup/tech environments.
