About the role

  • Lead and develop a Sales Engineering team of 7 Sales Engineers
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to co-develop and execute regional go-to-market priorities
  • Guide the team in delivering compelling solution demonstrations
  • Leverage deep understanding of local customer needs and industry dynamics
  • Remove blockers and accelerate productivity across the SE team
  • Support and coach individual SEs in their professional growth
  • Represent Omnissa within regional SE leadership forums
  • Help shape and foster the Omnissa culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership and technical perspective
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing presales or sales engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of digital workspace technologies
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships
  • Demonstrated experience selling to large global enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-enabled IT solutions
