About the role

  • Initiate, nurture and grow strategic partnerships with industry leaders in Frontline Ecosystem Partners such as Google, Samsung, Zebra, Honeywell, Panasonic, etc.
  • Manage relationships across multiple partners to drive mutual success and business growth through joint GTM and measurable influenced pipeline
  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and execution
  • Deeply understand the challenges and opportunities within the frontline workforce market
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to enhance joint value propositions, GTM efforts, and integrated offerings that results in creation and growth of influenced pipeline
  • Establish long-term partnerships that align with the company’s mission and objective
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to ensure alignment with partner-driven initiatives and value delivery
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of collaborative projects with cross-functional teams to successfully launch joint GTM initiatives with Frontline Ecosystem Partners
  • Collaborate with sales teams to leverage joint offering into customer acquisition efforts

Requirements

  • Senior-level partnerships experience or strategic alliances management
  • Ability to initiate, nurture and grow strategic partnerships with frontline ecosystem partners (e.g., Google, Samsung, Zebra, Honeywell, Panasonic)
  • Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple partners to drive mutual success and build an influenced pipeline
  • Experience in joint GTM planning, pipeline development and contract negotiation/execution
  • Strategic planning and execution in frontline workforce market
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Leadership to coordinate cross-functional projects and launch joint GTM initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams to leverage joint offerings for customer acquisition
  • Comfortable with high-level corporate communications and stakeholder management
  • Experience at a technology or digital platform company is a plus
