About the role
- Define and drive Omnidian’s technology vision, strategy and execution
- Lead Engineering, Data Science, Data Management and Security
- Develop and execute a cross-functional technology strategy
- Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, and Go-to-Market functions
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with 8+ years in a senior executive role
- Deep experience building technology teams and capabilities at companies going through rapid, nonlinear scale across multiple industries at the Series B and C stages and beyond
- Proven success scaling B2B platforms in a high-growth, Agile environment with a focus on data management, insights and science
- Deep technical expertise in software development, data science, cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security
- Demonstrated experience leading or integrating AI/ML or automation solutions into business workflows
- Track record of building and leading distributed teams with exceptional communication and collaboration
- Preference for Seattle-based or willing to relocate or extensively travel
