Requirements
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years in life sciences or health‑tech environments, including 5+ years leading product/platform innovation for pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
10+ years of experience in software development and technical operations, with a track record of shipping secure, reliable products.
Proven leadership of technology strategy and architectural evolution across cloud, data, and AI—balancing build/buy/partner decisions.
Hands‑on oversight of architecture, platforms, and applications using modern cloud and AI ecosystems (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS; AEM, Veeva; data partners such as IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE), Aetion, ConcertAI).
Demonstrated success taking digital solutions through the full lifecycle: concept, research, design, development, launch, and adoption.
Experience leading and scaling technical teams; strong mentoring and talent‑development capability.
Financial acumen: budget ownership, forecasting, and commercialization toolkits for productized services.
Deep understanding of regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable) and secure development practices.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence; proven stakeholder influence and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Preferred: Experience integrating emerging AI/ML techniques into research workflows and client‑facing products.
