About the role

  • Support the agent network — monitor performance, provide guidance and training, maintain close relationships, and conduct results meetings;
  • Support suppliers — monitor performance, provide guidance and training, maintain close relationships, and hold results meetings;
  • Create, promote, and monitor sales incentive campaigns to drive production;
  • Analyze and report KPIs to management — origination rates, production quality, exceptions, merit-based metrics, trends, and all matters related to new business;
  • Monitor all origination pipelines — production, potential adjustments to the customer journey, goal attainment, and product promotion;
  • Assist with assignment-of-rights processes together with BKO, when necessary;
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the manager;
  • Make visits and participate in national-level commercial meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Previous experience relevant to the role;
  • Microsoft Office — intermediate level (minimum);
  • Articulate and outgoing personality to engage with diverse teams, suppliers, and Omni agents;
  • Teamwork;
  • Organized;
  • Proactive;
  • Committed;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks (multitasking);
  • Availability for occasional travel.
