About the role
- You will support the entire employee life cycle.

Requirements
- You are studying business psychology, business administration, social sciences, or a related field — with at least one year remaining in your studies.
- You have a structured way of working.
- You are an organizational talent with a "get-it-done" mentality and are not afraid to contribute your own ideas.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enthusiasm for people-related topics.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Confident with office applications and open to digital tools.
