About the role
- Provide customer support via chat, phone and system email to accounting firms, business owners, and clients;
- Clarify questions and guide users in the use of the system in accordance with current accounting standards and tax legislation;
- Collaborate with Omie's internal teams to resolve issues and provide clear, accurate guidance to our customers;
- Act in a consultative manner and deliver empathetic, human-centered support to all!
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or any technology- or business-related field; availability to intern for one to two years.
