About the role

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and system email to accounting firms, business owners, and clients;
  • Clarify questions and guide users in the use of the system in accordance with current accounting standards and tax legislation;
  • Collaborate with Omie's internal teams to resolve issues and provide clear, accurate guidance to our customers;
  • Act in a consultative manner and deliver empathetic, human-centered support to all!

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or any technology- or business-related field; availability to intern for one to two years.
