About the role
- Provide support to OneFlow customers via chat or phone;
- Perform remote access to customers' machines to assist when necessary;
- Create step-by-step guides for system procedures in image and text formats or videos to address customer questions;
- Escalate systemic issues and problems that appear unsolvable to the Product Specialists team for validation and resolution;
- Redirect any chat or phone call that is outside your area of expertise to the appropriate department to help the customer resolve their issue in the right place;
- Work consultatively and provide empathetic, human-centered service to all.
Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, or any technology- or business-related course;
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required;
- Required experience handling multiple concurrent customer interactions;
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable;
- Required experience with payroll.
