About the role
- Carrying out all stages of the Recruitment and Selection process for open positions, with a strong focus on commercial roles (from aligning the job profile to extending offers)
- Posting job opportunities on official channels and exploring new sourcing channels
- Conducting sourcing and screening during active candidate search
- Conducting competency-based interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit against the required profile and company values
- Administering tests and assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies and working with Commercial/Sales positions
- Proactive, resilient, persuasive, and results-oriented profile
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team are essential
- Experience in startups or technology companies is a plus
