About the role

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses of the customer base to identify factors associated with churn, retention, expansion, and engagement.
  • Develop analytical studies on customer behavior.
  • Explore and structure datasets.
  • Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Produce structural analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development, evolution, and maintenance of machine learning models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to conduct analyses independently.
  • Clear and structured communication skills.
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis in revenue-related areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience manipulating data in advanced spreadsheets, including Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to translate analytical results into actionable executive insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams, such as Customer Success, Product, BI, and Data Engineering.
