About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the unit's processes, making adjustments and implementing new procedures when necessary;
  • Handle full people management, recruiting and developing members of your team;
  • Monitor and drive the unit's targets;
  • Oversee the sales funnel;
  • Ensure correct execution of established processes;
  • Manage relationships with accountants, partners and end clients;
  • Support the team in prospecting new accountants, formalizing partnerships and driving sales;
  • Motivate and encourage the team to achieve the unit's goals;
  • Develop the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related areas);
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, especially in selling services, is essential;
  • Experience as a Commercial Manager with both hunter and farmer responsibilities;
  • Experience managing high-performance teams;
  • Experience managing sales of SaaS and/or ERP software will be considered a differential.
