About the role
- Lead, develop and oversee the Hunting, Farming and Partner Support teams, ensuring alignment, performance and continuous improvement.
- Define priorities, goals, KPIs and team routines for monitoring progress.
- Drive technical and behavioral development of team members by providing frequent feedback and growth plans.
- Supervise the prioritization, prospecting and evaluation of new partner companies for Omie.Store.
- Ensure clear prioritization criteria, strategic fit, commercial potential and synergy with the Omie ERP.
- Support and advise on strategic negotiations, commercial models and onboarding/homologation processes.
- Ensure the success of existing partnerships on Omie.Store by monitoring performance, results and expansion opportunities.
- Oversee visibility initiatives, campaigns, content and partner growth programs.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and track partnership KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, activation, performance and retention.
- Structure and evolve end-to-end processes: hunting, onboarding, farming and partner support.
- Produce analyses, reports and executive presentations to support decision-making.
- Map market trends, portfolio expansion opportunities and strategic gaps.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Support and Legal teams.
- Ensure clear communication, expectation alignment and smooth internal and external processes.
- Serve as a reference point for the partnerships area within Omie.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related fields).
- Solid experience in partnership management, channel/marketplace management or B2B ecosystems, preferably in SaaS.
- Previous experience leading teams or coordinating/supervising people.
- Experience with negotiations, partnership models and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, define indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, autonomous and able to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience with CRM, productivity tools and project management software.
- Intermediate English.
