About the role
- Provide customer support to Omie POS clients via chat and phone.
- Perform remote access to customers' machines to assist them when necessary.
- Create step-by-step guides for procedures performed in the system in image and text formats or videos to resolve customer questions.
- Escalate systemic issues and problems that appear to have no solution to the Product Specialists team for validation and resolution.
- Redirect any chat or phone inquiry that falls outside your area to the appropriate department to help the customer resolve their issue in the right place.
- Work in a consultative manner and provide a personalized, human-centered customer experience for all.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or any program in the technology or business field.
- Required experience in B2B customer support.
- Knowledge of POS (point-of-sale) products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Availability for a 5x2 shift schedule (variable Saturdays) from 13:20 to 23:00.
