About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accountant partners (farmer role);
- Conduct visits to accountants;
- Demonstrate the system and all its features, emphasizing how it solves pain points and meets prospects’ needs;
- Manage the sales funnel;
- Identify and qualify business opportunities to ensure achievement of established targets;
- Develop tailored messaging and approaches appropriate to each prospect’s profile and industry segment;
- Prepare commercial proposals that convey clear value for the investment;
- Report accurate forecasts and pipeline information in the CRM, ensuring visibility into potential business.
Requirements
- Experience in consultative selling;
- Experience in both hunter and farmer sales roles;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Required experience selling software/SaaS;
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
