About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accountant partners (farmer role);
  • Conduct visits to accountants;
  • Demonstrate the system and all its features, emphasizing how it solves pain points and meets prospects’ needs;
  • Manage the sales funnel;
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities to ensure achievement of established targets;
  • Develop tailored messaging and approaches appropriate to each prospect’s profile and industry segment;
  • Prepare commercial proposals that convey clear value for the investment;
  • Report accurate forecasts and pipeline information in the CRM, ensuring visibility into potential business.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative selling;
  • Experience in both hunter and farmer sales roles;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Required experience selling software/SaaS;
  • Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
