About the role

  • Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy for the entire franchise network, aligned with the company’s growth objectives;
  • Act as the primary liaison between the 150 franchisees and the franchisor, balancing individual franchisee interests with corporate goals, establishing transparent and assertive communication, building a relationship of trust while maintaining firmness in enforcement and direction;
  • Monitor, track and enforce the achievement of individual and collective network targets, conducting periodic analyses of key indicators (revenue, CAC, growth rate, customer and franchisee churn, NPS) and proposing data-driven action plans;
  • Ensure that all contracts and operations comply with established standards, periodically assessing the viability of franchisees’ continued participation in the ecosystem, always focusing on sustainable network growth;
  • Propose and implement innovative strategies to boost network performance, whether in lead generation, commercial approaches, or market expansion;
  • Evaluate and optimize internal processes to provide more efficient support to franchisees, facilitating operations and improving results;
  • Foster an entrepreneurial mindset across the franchise network, encouraging development and creating an innovative culture with the aim of driving growth and strengthening the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (mandatory); postgraduate degree;
  • Experience as a commercial director in SaaS companies;
  • Proven experience leading indirect channels;
  • Experience with franchise models.
