About the role

  • You ensure the timely release of customer orders and maintain transparent, reliable delivery schedules.

  • You support tender processes and framework agreement requests by providing precise data and coordination assistance.

  • You drive continuous process improvements and actively contribute to, or lead, cross‑functional projects.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial or technical education - experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage.
  • You are a team player who remains flexible, calm, and focused under pressure.
  • You bring a proactive, customer‑focused attitude and approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Your strong organizational skills complement your structured and reliable working style.
  • You enjoy working on a computer with various systems - Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems and project management.
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English, along with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
