About the role
- Provide application-based knowledge to support our customers.
- Prepare and execute presentations for Events, Trainings, Workshops, Webinars, etc.
- Conduct onsite and online Trainings and technical Demonstrations
- Proactively Participate at exhibitions, conferences and user meetings
- Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
- Work closely together with our international marketing and sales team and support with technical inquiries.
- Act as knowledge provider and interface within the organization.
- Provide customer feedback within the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services.
- Work with reporting and strategic development tools: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI Tools...
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering (technical college, university of applied sciences, technical university, or equivalent).
- Experience in protection systems incl. basics of IEC 61850 is a plus.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within Central Europe.
- Passion for new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement.
