Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, especially AI and ML, to generate business value.
Create and maintain architectural blueprints, reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
Ensure architecture supports scalability, security, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.
Analyze current IT and business environments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Define high-level migration strategies from current-state to future-state architectures.
Deliver technical visualizations of proposed solutions to support stakeholder understanding and alignment.
Model and re-architect legacy applications to reduce support costs and minimize technical debt.
Provide architectural oversight and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines; ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Design and govern integration between internal and external applications, maintaining performance and reliability.
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in complex IT environments, including network and systems administration, IT infrastructure, software development and application architecture, database management, security controls and monitoring, and MIS.
Up-to-date, practical knowledge of AI and ML technologies, tools, libraries, and vendors.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and large-scale projects.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience translating business goals into architectural strategies and actionable plans.
