About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned business units, understanding their needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Audit current systems and tools to ensure there are no technology gaps and identify areas for improvement or consolidation.
- Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance team productivity and scalability.
- Partner with IT leadership to drive consistency across the company’s tech stack — reducing fragmentation, overlap, and inefficiencies.
- Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business priorities and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Security, and Legal to vet and implement new systems in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor system usage and effectiveness; drive user adoption through training, support, and change management.
- Maintain strong knowledge of emerging technologies and SaaS trends to inform future strategies.
- Work with Business teams to leverage AI to create efficiency gains and reduce work load.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to transform business processes with a value driven approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in IT business partnering, systems analysis, or IT strategy in a mid-to-large SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of identifying, implementing, and optimizing software solutions across multiple departments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS tools, integration principles, and user experience design.
- Experience using AI and automation to drive business value through efficiency gains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating software agreements is a plus.
