About the role
- Lead our young team in control cabinet assembly

Requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician or electrician for automation technology, plant operations, or equivalent, with further qualification as a technician/master (m/f/d) in electrical engineering
- Several years of experience as a workshop manager (m/f/d)
- Experience leading young teams
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational talent
- Ability to work independently
