About the role
- Introduction, implementation and further development of processes in construction projects within the overhead line sector.
- Review of implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including success monitoring and evaluation of improvement measures.
- Ensuring quality in construction project–related document management (e.g., construction documents, minutes, records).
- Point of contact for project and construction teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
- Planning, organizing, and preparing and following up on project and construction meetings (PMO meetings).
- Further development and application of project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Establishing and maintaining a centralized lessons-learned database from construction and project execution.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration or a technical field, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Fachwirt [certified business administrator], technician).
- Open to entry-level candidates or those with several years of experience in process, quality or construction management.
- Confident user of common MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of MS Project or construction-related planning tools is an advantage.
- Team spirit, assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills.
- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level).
