About the role
- Advising on and supervising overhead line construction projects — especially during assembly and dismantling operations, stringing and tensioning measures, and special projects.
- Providing technical support to construction and project management on complex tasks during the execution phase.
- Preparing and contributing to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing/tensioning, or grounding concepts.
- Conducting site inspections and developing technical concepts as part of tendering processes.
- Participating in innovation projects and planning and organizing pilot trials.
- Temporarily assuming leadership responsibilities when required, e.g., in the short-term absence of construction or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar).
- Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or line/pipeline construction.
- Strong technical understanding and high advisory competence.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Germany, and possibly internationally.
