About the role

  • Support and advise a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers on personnel matters (e.g., hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations)
  • Close, trust-based collaboration with the works council
  • Implement collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and process employment- and HR-related legal documents
  • Participate in the development of operational HR processes and in HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (business) Psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Solid knowledge of labor/employment law and experience working with works councils and collective bargaining agreements
  • Structured, independent and practice-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident manner
