About the role
- Support and manage a defined group of employees
- Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfer, warning, dismissal)
- Close and confidential collaboration with the works council
- Implementation of collective agreements, company agreements and legal requirements
- Preparation and processing of employment and personnel law documents
- Participation in the further development of operational HR processes and in HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with HR focus, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
- Solid knowledge of labor law as well as experience with works council collaboration and collective bargaining agreements
- Structured, independent and practice-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident manner
