About the role

  • Support and manage a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfer, warning, dismissal)
  • Close and confidential collaboration with the works council
  • Implementation of collective agreements, company agreements and legal requirements
  • Preparation and processing of employment and personnel law documents
  • Participation in the further development of operational HR processes and in HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with HR focus, (Business) Psychology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
  • Solid knowledge of labor law as well as experience with works council collaboration and collective bargaining agreements
  • Structured, independent and practice-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident manner
