About the role

  • You are fully responsible for quality assurance and quality control on site (E&I).
  • You ensure compliance with ISO 9001 as well as all contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • You develop and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan.
  • You define and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • You support final acceptance procedures and are responsible for defect management.
  • You conduct regular site audits and identify risks at an early stage.
  • You analyze deviations in a structured manner and initiate effective corrective measures.
  • You report transparently to project management, the client and stakeholders.
  • You ensure complete and audit-proof documentation.
  • You are the central point of contact for all QA/QC topics on site.

Requirements

  • You hold a technical degree or a qualified vocational education with a focus on quality management.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in quality management—ideally in construction or the energy infrastructure sector.
  • Certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist (QSE), Construction Quality Manager (CCQM) or Quality Systems Manager are desirable.
  • You are familiar with procedures on large construction sites and work closely with construction and project teams.
  • You are proficient with quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001.
  • You work in a structured, assertive and solution-oriented manner.
  • You are present on site and willing to take responsibility.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
