About the role

  • Analysis and problem solving: Identify faults and root causes (performance cases) and develop sustainable solutions to optimize plant availability.
  • Technical optimization: Design and implement technical measures to increase efficiency and improve performance.
  • Monitoring & reporting: Monitor relevant KPIs such as energy production, availability and costs. Derive recommendations for action and prepare customer reports as part of operations management contracts.
  • Project management: Independently manage projects in the area of technical operations management for offshore wind farms.
  • Onboarding & continuous improvement: Implement onboarding for new clients and continuously improve existing performance analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
  • Additional qualifications in project management are a plus
  • Knowledge of offshore wind energy, the energy sector or renewable energies is desirable
  • Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
  • Analytical skills to identify root causes and performance cases
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and service teams
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German language skills
