About the role
- As the central point of contact, you connect our clients with the business units of Omexom Offshore
- From the outset, you take overall responsibility for bid projects – from the first client contact to contract signature
- You prepare tender documentation, produce cost calculations and develop technical proposals
- At client meetings you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally
- In this role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across different departments
- Together with Contract Management and the Legal department, you conduct contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Internally, you facilitate bid presentations and risk review meetings, ensuring transparent decision-making foundations
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business or Engineering, e.g., Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager, or in a technical/industrial environment
- You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders and technical and commercial interrelations
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
- You analyze complex matters confidently and prepare them clearly, precisely and tailored to the target audience
- With high self-motivation, organizational skills and enthusiasm, you are able to lead interdisciplinary teams and bring others on board
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
